Richland Bank to combine offices on Ashland Road

Ashland Road office will feature new extended hours

MANSFIELD, Ohio – Richland Bank announced today it will combine its banking services in the Ashland Road area into one office at 797 Ashland Road. The bank operates two banking offices in the area, and will close the office located inside the Kroger grocery store on April 29 at 7pm. The traditional full-service branch office located at 797 Ashland Road is about a half mile southwest of Kroger, and will feature new extended hours of service after the closure.

“At the office at 797 Ashland Road, our customers will enjoy the convenience of extended hours, plus drive-thru banking, ATM, a night-drop depository, and familiar faces from the other office,” Richland Bank President John Brown said. “It is the right time to combine these offices, and our customers can feel confident that we will continue to provide the excellent service they’ve always relied upon from Richland Bank.”

Effective May 1st, the bank will be open these hours at its Ashland Road office:

Lobby:

Mon.-Fri.: 9am-7pm

Sat.: 9am-3pm

Sun.: 11am-3pm

Drive Thru:

Mon.-Fri.: 8:30am-7pm

Sat.: 8:30am-3pm

Sun.: 11am-3pm

Bank customer accounts and relationships are not affected by the combination of the offices. Customers can direct questions to any Richland Bank leader.
