Banking Office Updates

  • Our drive-thru lanes are open to serve you and take care of all your banking. A limited number of our offices without a drive-thru are temporarily closed.
  • To find a drive-thru location and hours, please filter your location search by clicking the “drive-thru” button.
  • Banking services are available by appointment when necessary. If it’s important to you to meet with a banker or trust and investment professional, we will make that happen. Please call or email your banker directly or call your banking office to set up a time and place that’s convenient to meet.

  • If you need to access your safe deposit box, please call your banker to make an appointment so we can have someone available to meet you.

Account Security Tips

The coronavirus could increase the activities of cyber criminals who try to take advantage of you.

As a reminder, we will never contact you and ask for your: full Social Security, account or card numbers; one-time password; PIN information, username or password. Know what to look for so you can help stop identity theft and fraud while protecting your accounts.

Be extra watchful and stay safe with these tips:

  • Turn on account alerts in online banking or our app to keep a close eye on your account activity.
  • Be cautious about answering calls from unknown callers. If you do answer and it’s a recorded message or robocall, don’t press any buttons and hang up.
  • Keep your computer and devices updated with security software.
  • Don’t click links, attachments or ads in emails or texts from unknown senders. Instead, type the web address directly into your browser.
  • Call us if you think there’s fraud on your account.
